As we vacation, we normally search for out new dishes. Occasionally the components are evident, but merged inside of a new way. Other moments we have to request the waiter, or maybe return to your kitchen area to discover for ourselves. They’re a lot of the new dishes we discovered. - Chicken curry – Ginger, cardamom, cashews, tomato. chicken fried, then cooked in sauce
- Fish tikka or dahi baigan – exc eggplant that has a sauce of yogurt, ginger? Lemon grass? Mustard seeds
- Prawns tandoori – Tandoor spices, grilled or oven roasted
Tirupati
- palak kofta – kofta in spicy spinach sauce
- paneer tikka masala – thick slices of cheese, in spicy tomato sauce
- ginger chutney
- green veg in coconut sauce
Rajasthan
- Mushroom makkei palak – corn mushrooms, fried with spinach and delicious sauce
- Baigan masala – tender eggplant cooked with ginger, tomato chili asafedita
- makkai capsicum – corn and eco-friendly peppers with gentle dal base
- Kari Varutha Curry – spicy chicken cooked in tomatoes and chiles, coriander
- Papad Kozumad – aged papads in a very delectable soup –, just like tortilla soup
